Our methodology is informed by whole-system thinking and uses the latest research and best practices. We believe people are critical to the success of organisations, so we adopt a human-centred approach while helping organisations navigate the new digital world effectively.

  • Discover

    This part of the process uses interviews, observation, and surveys as we discover and understand the presenting problem. We use curiosity to drive our process and make extensive use of critical thinking and systemic sensemaking, as we collaborate with all the key stakeholders within the process. This process is informed by frameworks by Peter Senge, C. Otto Scharmer, IDEO and Peter Block.

  • Design

    All options are considered as we craft the way forward. We have a rich systems-driven toolkit for crafting innovative and appropriate solutions while ensuring our proposals meet our principles of being effective, enduring, and ethical. We have extensive experience in strategy formulation and organisational development. Our experience in coaching also enables us to consider all aspects of people and team development, including executive development and culture improvement. Our consulting includes a highly developed facilitation process informed by Nancy Kine’s methodology.

    To ensure success in this implementation phase, we lean on our extensive experience in complex, large-scale project management and organisational transformation. We understand the importance of successful implementation and place a high priority on assisting our clients to achieve success in their strategic initiatives. Our approach to change management is informed by acknowledged best practice frameworks like those from ADKAR, John Kotter, and William Bridges. Our services include helping organizations with developing people and culture transformation. We help our clients develop strategic plans for talent development and building new capabilities. We also provide training and coaching.
