The coach offers support in issues like setting goals, designing your life, managing big personal change, handling relationships more effectively, etc. The process takes place in a safe and confidential environment to honestly reflect on your current circumstances and facilitates a process of exploring what is possible, and supporting you to achieve inspiring goals that are formulated. The coach uses best practices, tools and techniques that is informed by the latest thinking and research in neuroscience.

This process is about the coach working with the executive to ensure he/she achieves successful results in his/her sphere of responsibility. The approach is structured and holistic and includes successfully impacting the individuals, teams and organisations in his/her sphere. The coach creates a safe and confidential environment and focuses on an effective, sustainable and measurable way of developing leaders and their teams. Executive coaching ensures the client is not alone as they face complex challenges, makes difficult decisions and builds competencies to be a successful and impactful leader. The process includes best practices and techniques relating to executive coaching and is informed by the latest research in neuroscience, with a strong emphasis on understanding behaviour, goal, performance and learning theory.

Input to this team coaching process include providing tools and techniques that are derived from high performing team best practices. The Change Management service is a systemic, facilitated process that helps organisations and teams navigate complex change. Successfully used in many different settings, this  process addresses the challenges when faced with resistance to change. This approach includes assessing and changing the processes, technology, organisational structures and the organisational culture. The impact of change on the individual is carefully considered and facilitated to ensure the required organisational change is effective. Our approach uses a range of assessments and diagnostic tools to inform the optimal approach to change and its ideal facilitation. The approach and practices are also informed by best practices and research relating to group facilitation techniques, visual thinking, change theory and neuroscience.
